Some considerations when booking Five by Five. There are some things you should know about the band before you book us:

We can play 1, 2 or 3 sets - each of anything from 30, 45 or 60 minutes duration.

We are happy sort out start, finish and break times to suit the event

We supply our own full PA and a limited array of lights;

Please tell us in advance if you want us to provide some taped/CD background music for intervals etc.;

We are generally well-behaved, civilised and willing to discuss anything.
Price:
We basically play for pleasure and our rates are always negotiable depending on location, set, conditions and who books us. Although our basic rate is £300 + expenses we rarely charge this. Ring up and speak to us.
Voluntary Organisations, Charities and Fund Raising Groups:
We have helped many fundraising groups to successful evenings that can clear over £1000 profit on occasions – and everybody has had a thoroughly enjoyable evening into the bargain. The basic deal is a little complicated but means that if you want to organise a ROCK NIGHT, you can do so with almost no risk.
You supply the hall, the bar (and food if you like), the raffle and the audience, we’ll supply the music and help with posters and tickets if that is a problem. How much you pay us depends entirely on your net takings – and is always negotiable! For example, we might take 100% of your net takings (your profit if you prefer) up to £60 to cover our immediate costs and then 50% of your net takings up to a maximum of £180. You make £1000, you pay us £180; you make only £30, you pay us £30; you make nothing, you pay us nothing. You cannot lose and we all have a great evening.
